“Every viewer takes away something different. That’s the essence of painting, photography, and cinema.”
— David Lynch
Andreas spent the first years of his life in a beautiful village in Evia, before his family moved to Pangrati, Athens when he was seven years old.
After finishing school, he studied graphic design, a field in which he still works professionally today. Yet, over the years, his creative spirit remained restless. His love for travel eventually intertwined with photography — and that’s how @storiesfrommyworld was born.
“At first, my photos captured the beauty of Athens — its neighborhoods, its everyday people — and later, scenes from my travels, always through my own perspective.
But the real magic happened when my camera switched from photo to video.
Creating a story through movement, images, music, and emotion — that’s my way of expressing myself.”

His goal is for his photos and videos to evoke emotion through the power of imagery — to touch people, each in their own unique way.
Andreas has loved films and music since he was a child. His dream for the future is to create a short film.
“Dreams never stop, and expression will always find new ways to reveal itself.” he tells us.

His favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption, and his favorite director is Christopher Nolan.
When it comes to colors, he gravitates toward white and black.
His next destination — the place he intends to take us to through his lens — is Indonesia.
