COSMOS LAC hosts the largest collective exhibition of the street art scene along with 40 artists for the Rescue of the Horses of Ymittos.

United To the Rescue

In the last few years, climate change, as well as human misuse of natural resources, have made their mark all over the world, Greece included. Did you know that in August 2023, 100 stray, undernourished and injured horses were found on Mount Hymettus? Their rescue and care was undertaken by the non-profit NGO Help Horses.

For us at COSMOS LAC it is important to contribute in every possible way to make the world a more beautiful, more friendly, more viable place. And what can be more helpful in this than art? So, we decided to join forces with some of the greatest street and visual artists, as well as many beloved partners to raise awareness, inform, and support Help Horses in our own way.

How? By organizing the biggest, most unique, and urban street art exhibition in Athens!

We could not have done anything on our own. Thank God we have good friends! Both the artists and our partners immediately embraced the cause in a moving way, contributing in their own way and helping us prepare an EPIC exhibition in a very short time -thank you guys!

A dope urban exhibition for a good cause

40 artists have created original artworks exclusively for this day and will offer them for one night only at very accessible prices, to raise as much money as possible for this great cause. 5 hours of urban vibes, happenings, and the Help Horses team who will inform you about their campaign.

Saturday 20 April 2024, 18:00-23:00

Meet Help Horses

Help Horses is a Non-Profit Company created by female volunteers in September 2023 with the aim of rescuing the approximately 100 stray horses living in Ymittos, undernourished, injured and in completely inadequate conditions. It operates mainly through donations and volunteer work, taking care of the horses until foster families can be found.

“From the day we met the horses at Ymittos, deboned, dehydrated and injured, we made it our goal to do our best to provide a better life for these animals. Our main and primary concern was and still is to provide water, food and medical care to these horses.”

Help Horses’ mission will not stop here, our help is crucial. If you found their work interesting, you can help significantly by becoming a volunteer. All you need to do is fill in the interest form.

Follow Help Horses on Instagram and help spread the word about their cause.
