DESCRIPTION
A dry PTFE lubricant coating for treating mechanical parts made of metal and plastic, ideal for applications where no oil or grease residues are desired. Provides an extremely low coefficient of friction and high lubricity, forming a non-sticky lubricant film.
Adheres to a wide range of materials and prevents the accumulation of dust or dirt. Offers excellent lubrication for plastic materials and is thermally stable up to 300°C. The PTFE dry film is essentially insoluble in all non-fluorinated solvents.
APPLICATION
Dry PTFE lubricant coating ideal for lubricating plastics, rubber, and other materials where conventional oil may be undesirable. Suitable for lubricating leather, plastics, and elastomers, it’s effective in applications involving drive belts, gaskets, packings, gears, bearings, sleeves, and chain drives.
